GRIP + TORARP is an architecture studio based in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. We work with architecture that creates value for users, context, and society.

Founded in 2024 by Elias Grip and Johan Torarp, the studio operates across scales and typologies, from early strategy to built form. Our work is defined by the tension between structure and context, where rational systems and site-specific conditions inform one another.

We engage in both early-stage development and detailed design, working closely with a network of collaborators. Architecture is understood as a continuous negotiation between clarity, function, and context.
Long-term relationships are essential. We remain open to new ones.
