Permanent villa for private client in the Stockholm area.
The project is placed in a topographically challenging situation and aims to leave a minimal impact on the existing ground.
The building follows a rational structural system that creates a rigid and simple expression.
The social areas are elevated from the ground and glazed to overlook the surrounding nature. The private areas are situated in the back of the building with more intimacy. Everything is connected through a narrow balcony surrounding the structure.
